Based on our professional experience and interests, here are services we can offer you. Fundamentally, we always try to combine the disciplines of user centered design, instructional system design, and business together. This statement may sound contradictory but at the end of an engagement, we want our client to deliver a better product to their customer while increasing our client's profitability. Along with metrics employed by user centered design and instructional system design, we also employ (and calculate) business metrics such as opportunity cost and return on investment.

Fees
We charge time and materials as specified in a statement of work for most projects. For White Papers, we prefer to charge a flat fee based on the subject and number of pages. For evaluation, such as a heuristic evaluation of a course , we also prefer to charge a flat fee based on the course length.
